Our playgroup has been operating since 1974 and we aim to provide a happy and playful environment for our children so they can develop the necessary social, creative and academic skills required of them by the time they start school. Our aim is to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment, to work within a framework which ensures equality of opportunity for all children and families.
We offer your child a specially tailored curriculum to approved learning outcomes. Individual care and attention are made possible by a high ratio of adults to children. Fun and friendship with children and other adults. The support of a personal keyworker. Opportunities for you and your family to be directly involved in the activities of the group and in your own child's progress.
We have excellent indoor facilities as well as our own fully enclosed private garden for outdoor fun and activities. We have P.E. sessions and have close links with Colden Common Primary School and use the school's music room on the first Wednesday of each month.
Please call on 01962 715401 (term-time only) or email email@example.com to make an appointment. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Rainbow Playgroup meets term time Monday to Friday at the Methodist Church, Spring Lane.
We are an Ofsted outstanding playgroup and a member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance. We offer a caring environment where children can learn through play and stimulation by our enthusiastic team of staff. We have three separate rooms, which offers the children different types of activities. We have a keyworker system in operation for each child and we also have a Special Needs Co-ordinator. We have started to take children from 2 years and 6 months. We work very closely with Colden Common Primary School and have regular visits to the school to use their facilities. We also have links with the community by way of reading and singing sessions.
